Also, the intended new upgrade version of Firmware appliance during the guaranty will be installed completely, and the modified ISO file will be delivered to the employer.
At the discretion of the employer, the steps of update and updates delivery will be done by our experts using remote connection. in a completely limited and private way, will be removed the chassis of standby from high quality and install the updates. Then standby chassis will be activated and after that, the same procedure will be done the second one. After all, the appliances would be clustered again with full functionality.
